Connapi.dll error usually occurs when you try to run an application. However, it can also occur as Windows loads aswell as at other times. As is the case with other dll files, a connapi.dll not found error or a connapi.dll missing error does not always occur when the required dll file is missing.
Besides missing file, other causes of a missing or not found error are:
- Malware infection
- Incomplete installation of a program
