We are a Pakistani based company dealing in cng and lpg buisness, Pakistan is now the largest country which is using CNG as a alternative fuel.
In Pakistan the diesel is half of the price of patrol in the past as goverment subsidice the prices for poor peoples and farmer now goverment withdraw his subsidy and the diesel prices is higher then the petrol , so the city buses and out city buses are searching for the CNG as cng here is three time cheaper then the diesel .
We are intrested in some types of kits which can coverts our Diesel buses in the CNG , we almost have Hino buses with EH 700 engine.
With that We almost have all the pickups are Diesel in Toyota Hillux with 2000 2D or 2C engine and Mazfda T3500 we are intrested in all these things.

It's clean and it's cheap, so why not use it? That's the question that has to be asked about natural gas, which has gone largely unnoticed and under-utilized as a vehicle fuel. But that may be changing. A company called Hybrid Fuel Systems has launched a new system designed to convert truck and bus diesels to natural gas.
"As truckers and bus operators throughout the world realize that high diesel fuel prices are here to stay, people are looking for practical systems to reduce diesel fuel costs without replacing expensive engines and vehicles," says Mark Clancy, CEO of Hybrid Fuel Systems (HFS) Temple Terrace, Florida." HFS is introducing a solution to Latin American markets where cheap, reliable natural gas is available."
What is the solution? Surprisingly, HFS systems rely upon an engine computer to start the engine with diesel fuel and inject more natural gas and cut back on diesel as the engine speed and load increases. The benefits of this approach are lower costs because no expensive engine modifications are needed, the engine power and efficiency are not diminished, and the system can be adapted to old and new diesel engines at a low cost. HFS engines are also quieter and cleaner in a way that is immediately noticeable: the black soot cloud disappears.
Priced at US$3,500 depending upon quantity, the system costs far less than the "dedicated" natural gas engines or the expensive, complex alternatives that typically cost more than $30,000 to $50,000 more to convert a new or existing truck or bus.
"It's a simple idea, but it takes a long time to get it right," said Frank Davis, who invented the technology in the early 1990's and has converted over 1400 trucks and buses, primarily in the US. "The trick is to give the engine the correct mix of diesel and natural gas fuels and this changes every time the driver presses down or lets up on the pedal. The HFS computer is smart enough to provide the required precision, but as we have improved the system and gained experience with customers, we have kept it simple and reliable."

Its my great pleasure to introduce ourself as Akij Power Ltd, a Unit of Akij Group (www.akij.net ) engaged in power generation, and conversion in to CNG for its own more than 2500 heavy duty vehicles and CNG refueling station for its own consumption. We already converted more than 100 units our heavy duty vehicles in to CNG.
As you know that in Bangladesh most of them are converting diesel vehicles in to CNG with Spark ignition technology as per this system requires significant charges of the engine from its original design, the cylinder head requires placement of spare plugs, the pistons require changing to lower the compression ration, a spark ignition system is required to be fitted and a gas metering system is required. The end result can be an engine purpose built for CNG use returning 100% substitution of diesel, comparatively low emission and good torque.
Advantages are gained over the conversions of gasoline fuelled engine due to the higher compression ratio that can be attained (around 12.5-14:1 compared to 17-19 for diesel and 8-9:1 for gasoline) and the improvement in fuel economy and engine power that results (although the fuel is not good as that for the original diesel engine) Use of low engine power, poor fuel economy and excessive exhaust temperatures. These lead to failure of the vehicle in any trial.
For spark ignition the best practice is to use new purpose-built vehicles. The next best is to install purpose-built engines, next is to install new cylinder heads. The next is to modify the existing cylinder heads. The latter method of conversion has been used in the majority of conversion programs to date. A purpose-built natural gas engine can only be fuelled by natural gas.
From our experience with our CNG powered diesel vehicles the problems are as below
Some times engine is overheating.
Not finding proper or original parts
Throttle not available
Some time CNG kit wring burned.
Plugs is occuring shorted.
Distribustor CDI is occurring cut off.
Plug wire be damaged.
Piston liner damaged for engine over heated.
Head gaskit burned
Engine Mobile consumption is too high.
Some times upper & Lower hose pipe be accuring leackage.
Ignition self damaged.
Battery life decrease.
Engine life decrease.

I am a truck driver, and have first hand experience with the use of diesel fuel in the transportation industry. I can't help to wonder if CNG cannot be mixed with diesel to lower the cost of running a rig. I have often thought about the empty space on my tractor; I could put several high pressure tanks in the sleeper compartment or between the fith wheel and trailor (don't know if the DOT would like it).

We are farmers in California and Arizona. We have large fleets of farm tractors, trucks and other diesel and gas equipment. We would like to sell and install conversion kits in our areas and the western US for a manufacturer. This is also a good time to buy more farmland in these areas due to the cheap US dollar and we know where the problems and opportunities are. We will also manage farmland for foreign entities.

The diesel engine industry has been converting engines to run on vapor fuel/Natural gas, propane, methane, butane for 60years. It is very easy to convert. The diesel injection pump actually does the compensation. I have converted trucks, pump engines, detroit, cummins and Deutz engines to "pilot" fuel. The Deutz aircooled engine actually gets better fuel efficiency and it doubles and triples the life of the engine like it does in spark ignition engines. "bluenbrn@aol.com"
