Note from Dani in Israel
Clause 28A in the Israeli traffic law determines that , while the vehicle in movement, a driver must hold the steering wheel with both hands except for driving action.
Clause 28B refers to 28A and determines that a driver is allowed to use the cell phone only by means of a microphone fixed in the vehicle.
By the way, clause 169 forbids driving with earphones, but recently the Israeli
supreme court acquitted a woman who drove with an earphone on one of her ears.
So, on this way it becomes legal. ![]()
