Shopping with Drivers.com is safe! Your credit card number is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, the most common high-security method used on the Internet. Your financial information is not sent by email, but is accessed only by our approved staff members who use special passwords to access an encrypted site. Please be assured that your personal information will remain confidential with Drivers.com. For details on all our privacy policies, read our Privacy Policy. At this time, we accept only VISA and Mastercard credit card purchases.
Still don't trust the Internet?
No problem! You can send us your order another way. You can FAX or MAIL your
order, using credit card, cheque, or money order. When you are ready to check
out your shopping cart items, simply choose one of the following:
- Order by Credit Card using FAX
- Order by Check through Postal Mail
- Order by Credit Card through Postal Mail
The shopping cart software will create a form for you, with all the information needed to process your order. Simply print the form and then fax or mail it to us.

Shipping
We send products to people in many countries. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Shipping and handling charges are $8.00 on the first item of your order, and just $3.00 on each additional item (unless otherwise stated). Therefore, if you order 3 items, your shipping fee will be $14. Orders go by surface mail. Airmail or courier can be arranged at additional cost. Information is available at pde@drivers.com.
Taxes
Sales taxes are not required except for residents of Ontario, Canada. For orders shipped to Ontario, a sales tax of 8% is applied. However, books for educational, technical, cultural, or literacy purposes, which contain no advertising, are exempt from Ontario taxes.
Canadian Currency
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Canadian purchasers can use Canadian Dollars for payment: simply multiply your Grand Total by 1.2. For your order to be processed correctly, you must choose one of the 3 options shown above in Safety when checking out. These allow you to print out the order form, calculate the amount in Canadian Dollars, and then fax or mail your order to us.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your order from Drivers.com, please contact us to try to rectify the problem. Within 30 days of receipt, and if items are in their original condition, we are happy to accept returned merchandise. If we have made an error, we will also refund the shipping charges. Refunds are processed individually, though generally your refund will be in the same form of payment you used to place the original order, and will take approximately 30 days.
